We hope that you had an enjoyable boating season. It has been a challenging year. For the sake of convenience, we are emailing contracts out this year. If you would still like a hard copy mailed, please let the office know.

Please do not delay getting your contract in to reserve your space as we expect our Shipyard to fill early this year. For our returning customers, we look forward to serving you again this year. To newcomers, we welcome you.

Please indicate the work you would like performed this fall by initialing the boxes in the chart on page two of the contract. Many of you enjoy doing your own fall decommission and we enjoy seeing old friends in the yard again. But for those of you who would like the Shipyard to decommission your boat, please take the time to initial the boxes – we only do work if it is requested.

Please include any special instructions under the work request chart on page 2 of the contract. i.e.: remove jib, pick up after x-date only, remove plug, etc.

Sailboats should have headsails removed prior to haul out or we will remove and fold them at a charge of $85. Heads should be pumped clean (we have no capability to pump heads) and keys turned in to the office. We cannot winterize your boat without the keys.

In order to keep growing the yard we are offering a 10% discount to current customers who refer a friend. The discount will be based on the size of the new customer’s boat and will be applied to your account upon receipt of and payment of a new contract. We want you to know we appreciate your referrals.
